Our renovation of the downtown Hoyt Avenue property was just recognized by the Everett Historical Commission. The project received a William F. Brown Award for historic preservation this week.
It’s a remarkable turn-around. A few years ago, the buildings were condemned and on the verge of being torn down. Instead, my client opted to save them. Today, the property adds to the downtown vitality with a pair of unique residences, a yoga studio on the back alley and a chocolate shop. How sweet is that? If you want to stop by and see the art deco interior while treating yourself to an aromatic cup of coffee and one-of-a-kind chocolates, check out the Oh Sweet! Chocolate site for details.
